Referral Launch Offer — Terms and Conditions

The InsureCompare launch referral offer lets eligible subscribers earn promotional account credits when a new customer subscribes through their referral link. The campaign headline is “Refer others, pay as little as RM5/month”.

How it works

• Each account receives a referral link in the account area.
• A qualifying new subscriber using that link on the monthly Agent Plan receives RM10 off the first month, paying RM15 instead of RM25.
• The referring subscriber receives RM10 in account credit after the referred customer makes their first successful subscription payment.
• Only one referral credit can be earned for each referred account.

Using referral credits

• Credits are promotional account credits and are not cash.
• Credits stack — there is no cap on the total credit balance you can accumulate.
• Credits can never reduce your subscription below RM5 per month, on any plan.
• This means up to RM10 of credit may be applied per calendar month on the Core Plan (RM15/month), and up to RM20 per calendar month on the Agent Plan (RM25/month).
• Credits require an active subscription to be applied.
• Unused credits remain available for a later month.

Eligibility and exclusions

The referred customer must be a new subscriber and must not have previously used the referral offer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, cancelled or reversed payments, and abuse of the referral system do not qualify. We may withhold or cancel credits where eligibility cannot be verified.

The “pay as little as RM5/month” campaign headline describes the lowest effective monthly subscription price achievable when the maximum monthly referral credit is applied. It does not guarantee that any individual account will reach that price, which depends on the number of qualifying referrals earned.

Changes and contact

InsureCompare may end, extend, or amend this launch offer for future referrals. Changes will not intentionally remove valid credits already recorded in an account, subject to fraud, reversal, or account-closure checks. Questions can be sent to support@insurecompareapp.com.
